Mr. Goldstein has worked at Goldstein, Fluxgold & Baron, P.C., for almost 10 years working on personal injury and medical negligence cases.

Prior to joining Goldstein, Fluxgold & Baron, P.C., Mr. Goldstein worked at Lowis & Gellen as an associate were he practiced medical malpractice defense.

Mr. Goldstein lectured at the Seventh Congress of Chest Pain Centers on Missing Mycardial Infarctions in the Emergency Department – Malpractice Litigation Debate.

Mr. Goldstein is a member of the Illinois Bar and the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Goldstein is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.

Education

  • Mr. Goldstein graduated from Knox College, Galesburg, Illinois, in June of 1996.
  • He graduated from Northern Illinois University College of Law, DeKalb, Illinois, in May of 2000. In law school, Mr. Goldstein was a founding member of the Decalogue Society and the Legal Philosophy Society at Northern Illinois University College of Law. Mr. Goldstein was the President of the Decalogue Society and a Secretary of the Legal Philosophy Society.
