Associate

Ms. Schumacher’s practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. In addition, Ms. Schumacher represents clients in Civil Rights cases, concentrating on prisoner’s rights.

Ms. Schumacher has extensive experience in the areas of pre-trial motion practice, pre-trial litigation, including the taking and defending of witness depositions and litigation.

Ms. Schumacher earned her Juris Doctor and a certificate in Trial Advocacy from The John Marshall Law School in May of 2019. She was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2019.

Ms. Schumacher is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois (WBAI).

Education

  • Ms. Schumacher received her B.A. in psychology from The University of Arizona in 2013.
  • Ms. Schumacher received her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2019. In law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Council and the Student Association of Immigration Law. She attended the DePaul University College of Law study abroad program in Madrid, Spain.
