Ms. Fluxgold is a co-founder of Goldstein, Fluxgold & Baron, P.C.

Ms. Fluxgold has represented Plaintiffs in civil litigation, including medical malpractice, personal injury and product liability cases, in both state and federal court. She has successfully represented clients in hundreds of major injury and death cases. She has represented children injured at birth resulting in death, brain damage and severe and permanent physical disability. Ms Fluxgold has also represented adults who suffered medical malpractice resulting in death, brain damage, and other severe and permanent physical injury. Over the years, Ms. Fluxgold has obtained resolution for her clients in the amount of hundreds of millions of dollars in major personal injury cases.

Ms. Fluxgold has lectured to bar associations and student groups, including appearances on both radio and television.

Ms. Fluxgold is Co-Editor of Personal Injury Forms: Illinois – 4 Volumes, which was published by Lawyers Cooperative Publishing. Ms. Fluxgold is Co-author of the following Chapters of Illinois Civil Trial Evidence, Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education, entitled: “Questions and Objections: Relationship of the Witness to the Form of the Question”; “Hearsay: The Rule and the Exceptions”; and “Opinion Evidence”.

Ms. Fluxgold is a member of the Illinois Bar, the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Women’s Bar Association.

Education

  • Ms. Fluxgold graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urban, Illinois, with a B.A. in political science and history, in 1976.
  • She graduated from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law, Chicago, Illinois, in 1979.
