Mr. Valladolid has practiced at Goldstein, Fluxgold & Baron, P.C., for over 15 years.

Mr. Valladolid is a trial lawyer who has represented Plaintiffs in civil litigation, including personal injury and medical negligence cases in both State and Federal Court.

Mr. Valladolid has served as judge for various trial competitions. Mr. Valladolid has coached mock trial competition teams at the IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law. Mr. Valladolid is Co-author of the following Chapters of Illinois Civil Trial Evidence, Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education, entitled: “Questions and Objections: Relationship of the Witness to the Form of the Question”; and “Hearsay: The Rule and the Exceptions”.

Mr. Valladolid is a member of the Illinois Bar and the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois. He is active in the Hispanic and minority legal community and advocacy.

Education

  • Valladolid graduated from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana, in May of 2004.
  • He graduated from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law, Chicago, Illinois, in 2007.  In law school, Mr. Valladolid was a member of the Hispanic-Latino Law Student Association.  While in law school, he was a law clerk at Goldstein, Fluxgold & Baron, P.C.
